Alumni Association of College of Engineering, Pune

Alumni Association of COEP offers following classes of Memberships.

1) Life Member : Any person who has passed the Engineering Diploma, Degree or higher examinations as a student of COEP is eligible to become a life member of COEPIAN on payment of Rs.1,000/- as the Life Membership Fee. [Based on resolutions passed in the General Meetings held on 12-9-1998 and 14-3-1999].

Note : 1. Government Polytechnic separated from C.O.E.P. and became a separate institution in 1957. The last batch of Diploma students passed out from COEP in 1958.

For alumni in India - Rs. 1000/- (by Cash / Chq / Draft - payable at Par)
For alumni abroad - $ 105 ( $100 for life membership fees + $5 for bank comm)

2) Affiliate Life Member : Any person who is not a past student of COEP but is/was a teaching staff member in COEP for a period of two years or more is eligible to become an Affiliate Life Member of COEPIAN on payment of Rs.1,000/-.

3) Student Member : A Student Member is one who is an undergraduate or post graduate or Ph.D. student of the College of Engineering, Pune and who pays contribution of Rs.250/- per year(B.Tech.) and Rs.500/- per year (M.Tech) and Rs.1000/- (one time for Ph.D.) (Total Rs.1000/-) for such membership. The Student Member shall not have any voting rights and representation whatsoever in the Governing Body of the Society.

COEPIAN means "Alumni Association of College of Engineering Pune".
